Terrible Product, Terrible Service

I don't have enough time or energy to go into all the problems but long story short, their tech support people come and go regularly and one will make a mistake that another tries to fix but not before you pay a large fee. The transfer via the "simply adapter" to my accounting program only works some of the time and has created a discrepency in my GL because if it doesn't work on a particular day only one side of the journal entry is made. Again no resolution unless you pay even though it's their software that's at fault.
The last straw was when they demanded that in order to get the GL issue resolved I pay for an upgrade and tech support 539 + 545 oh and you have 2 locations so those amounts are x 2. The customer service girl assured that she had been there all of 4 MONTHS and that she was certain the tech support had improved immensely since my last call.
AccuPos is a joke.
