Rude, and Unprofessional

I have never been more upset by the type of personnel this company hires, and allows to screen phone calls. The one in particular "Liz" was very rude, and unprofessional. I realize when your car gets reposed perhaps they look upon you like some low life.
That is not the case. All I wanted was the information I needed to pick my car up from them, and even that was a problem for them... I really hope I NEVER have to deal with such inconsiderate individuals again. I hope they take the time to hire better individuals...
