I started with Arvixe in September 2003. The customer service is by far, the best ever. Very competitive pricing (actually, the value of the customer service is greater than what you would receive elsewhere).
My site has never been down and any problems I've had (usually due to spammers) has been handled by Arvixe in a very professional manner.
I believe in honest and customer oriented businesses and that is Arvixe. I highly recommend them!
