Customer demanded a free domain which was not included in the plan they purchased over 3 years ago. Offering a free domain on accounts that were sold at $2.00 per month 3 years ago would simply not allow us to operate this business.
Following our inability to provide the free domain per the demand, the customer requested a refund of all unused fees. The account was suspended and the refund was processed. However, the refund was delayed since it had to be done over paypal (the payment was over a year old).
The refund was put into process at the time of suspension in response to the request of the customer. It simply took time to put through because of specific constraints outlined above.
