Big time scam!

I worked at Hollywood for 7 years. We were allowed to rent up to 3 movies free at a time.. but could only rent if we had no late charges. I was shocked when I recieved a notice in the mail saying I owed them $25 in late charges.. One of the charges from Nov 2009.. the second was from Dec 2009. Well, how is that even possible if I cannot rent something if my late charges are not paid. I finally spoke to someone on the 19th of june, I explained the employee policy to her. She told me I was wrong.. Umm, I worked there for 7 years I can assure you I'm right. Then June 22.. I get another call.. different number.. I talk to a real who spoke to me like I was a child. I am livid!! Hollywood video left alot of people in a bind and ripped alot of people off in the process.. the fact that they are trying to get anything from anyone is ridiculous.. I will dispute the claims. And if I recieve one more damn phone call.. it's harrasment! Fed Up!!
