ARM Solutions/Hollywood Video scam

My son and I just received notices from ARM Solutions Inc. for videos that were returned on time in 2009. In fact, they sent a bill for the same video game to both my son and I. My son was an employee of Hollywood Video at the time the videos and games were rented. He was meticulous about returning videos and games on time, because it could effect his employment if he didn't.
I called ARM and told them this. They insist that we pay. So I have filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General's office, If they are billing you for money you don't owe, you can file a complaint too, here: http://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/collection_agencies10
