This company misrepresents itself. I hired them in October 2007 to re-duct my entire house for $4,500. They were supposed to change everything out for new except the cans and grills. I am a single mother and took them at their word. I don't have the ability to climb into the attic to inspect ductwork. Here we are in May 2009 and I am re-piping my house (plumbing). While the contractors were in the attic and walls they found that all of the ducts were old and broken. I contacted the salesman that "sold" the job to me and he said he has nothing to do with that. He recommended I speak with the Owner. I haven't gotten a return call from him and based on the BBB rating they don't respond to complaints. I can't believe companies can get away with this type of fraud.
