I ordered a marriage certificate translation from this company and paid for it with a credit card. When I wanted to check on the status of my order a few days later there was no one I could talk to, their advertised "outstanding customer support" is not active, there is no Online representative available no matter what time of the day you try it, their phone lines only ask you to leave a message.
Still hoping I would receive the document I waited.. and waited. I never received my document even though the company took money from my account. Fortunately after I contacted my bank I did get my money back.
DO NOT use this company, its a waste of your time! it is a scam!!
