Very dissatisfied customer

I placed an order in March for $80.00 and was contacted by the company to verify my credit card number so that the order could come through. Since then I have heard nothing and my credit card was charged the full amount. I cannot get a hold of them. When
you place a call you are put on hold for about 10 minutes and then it says that they are in the office but away from the phone and then hangs up. They will not answer my emails either. I am very frustrated. I wish I would have read their reviews.
