For my son's second "Behind the Wheel" driving lesson, the instructor arrived 20 min. late and brought my son back 20 min. early. When my husband and I tried to get some feedback from the instructor, his responses were mumbled and monosyllabic. After the instructor left, my son revealed that the instructor was asleep for most of the lesson, which included driving about 10 miles on the freeway; the instructor did not wear a seat belt; he took 2 calls on his cell phone; he played games on his cell phone and he did not mark off any of the skills on the form for the driving lesson. Neeldess to say, we were outraged by this instructor's irresponsible and incompetent behavior.
