My hard drive crashed and would not boot up. I tried boot disks, recovery disks, fixing Windows, restoring Windows, reinstalling Windows, etc. I installed a brand new hard drive with Windows and tried to access the crashed drive as a second drive. I tried a recovery software. I bought a drive adapter and hooked the broken drive up externally. Nothing worked and nothing would access the crashed drive. All options exhausted, I shipped it to $300 Data Recovery and in a week had a new drive with all my files restored. I couldn't be happier.
