This was a horrible experience with your employee.I sent this to Laura at 8am 11/23/15.
After experiencing great frustration and disrespect i.e...of our verbal and written correspondence with you, I have decided to decline the Dover property. Your verbal statements to me bothered me a great deal as well as your back and forth attitude. I could not fathom a year long relationship with you or your company. From the beginning your conversation with me was horrible, because I merely stated that I had seen the inside of the property. I BELIEVE THAT ANYONE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO SEE A PROPERTY THAT WAS OF INTEREST TO THEM, WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME AS I. WHAT WAS SO SURPRISING WAS YOUR RESPONSE , YOU YELLED, CRITICIZED AND REPRIMANDED ME FOR DOING SO. I've tried to be nice to you by complimenting you, thanking you even when you were rude. Even though I really loved the Dover property, I refuse to have a relationship with you or your company. PS I also read the reviews on line about your bad attitude. They are so true. I would never recommend this company.
