The property management company 1st Rate Rentals has been managing our properties since 2008. This firm effectively advertised our properties to quickly find tenants. Also, it completed background and credit checks to ensure high quality tenants. It completed annual property inspections and provided detailed reports. In addition to annual inspections, it completed tenant move-in and move-out inspections.
It has an excellent record in collecting rents. It promptly informed me of any required repairs and obtained my approval prior to completing these repairs. It provided monthly statements that contained detailed documentation on repairs, rents, and other charges.
It stayed informed on building code changed and provided me information such as to install CO monitors to be compliant. Also it took care of the installation of these devices for a reasonable cost, and it provided verification reports with pictures of these installations.
1st Rate Rentals is very knowledgeable of the Moreno Valley and the rental values in this area, and the staff provides excellent service. We have been very satisfied with their services so far. Base don their past performance, I would recommend 1st Rate Rentals.
