I had trouble getting on the website tracking page, so I decided to call the phone number on the main web page. I got a nice lady who gave me the information that I needed and she told me that the website issues had been reported and would be fixed soon.
Maybe the last guy who wrote a comment should have taken the time to dial the phone like the good old days when people enjoyed speaking with a live person.
I will comment again when my order arrives.
