My business was facing very harsh weather and flooding recently. We were spared the Flooding, thank God but the electrical had a "Spike" and burned out all of my electronic devices, including my credit card machine. As the only farm supply store for 60 miles we had to be open and ready for the folks that needed to make repairs. We were very worried that we would not be able to accept credit cards when we most needed it. We called 1st American on a Sunday afternoon and got customer service instantly and they took the time to calm me down and assure me that they would help. We were just beside ourselves on how much they cared. I am sure we are not a very large account for them but they treated us in such a Johnny on the spot way, that we felt that they deserve to be recognized for how they have help us. They got a new credit card machine for us in less then 2 hours on a Sunday! That was great enough, but they did this for us, even though we did not buy the credit card machine from 1st American! We made the best choice in choosing 1st American and hope you folks do too.
