My friend has ordered some cute boots from 15dollar store and loved them so i thought I would order boots as a gift for a friend. They arrived quickly but the boots were filthy! They were brown imitation leather but were COVERED in black scuff marks. I scrubbed them as best as I could but the scuff marks are still present. Now I know why they are so cheap...
