wow the review below is SPOT on, Triad is a HORRID company and there prices aren't low enough for me to deal with there BS, I went with them at first because of reviews I read online which I see know was more then likely posted by them. I wasted a lot of money just to find out that they DON'T even do heavy programming or CMS, everything is pre-packaged and sent overseas.
You want a real design company with a heavy background in programming please see EXM Media, after leaving triad I went with them and was never happier.
UPDATE: 04/23/11
I must amend my initial review, I have been forced into working with 123 again and this experience was MUCH different, the service was better and the quality of work was better, I have to hand it to them the change is night and day.
I have changed my review to 4 stars and feel that there above and beyond attitude was part of the reason.
