I am considered to be a very creative individual. I was skeptical at first because without being face to face I thought I was going to encounter difficulties! However this was not the case. The only difficulty I encountered was choosing one of the three very well built templates for the website. They nailed it the first time through. I was astonished as to their design being better than my vision. I have had nothing but complements from people regarding my website. Jan Castelo (my project manager) Is the epitome of a quality employee. Triad web design is lucky to have him, and I was fortunate to land him as my project manager. He was there every step of the way, ensuring my complete satisfaction throughout the project! If I wasn't happy he made it so! furthermore, I shopped numerous web design companies before ever choosing triad. Triad web design is un matched in this industry. I choose triad over my previos designer. It was presented well by the web site, it was professionally presented by the sales rep. (Roy Denning), then flawlessly handled by my project manager (Jan Castelo). Thank you triad, you've made a customer for life!
