This is probably to worst security company to work for in California. They treat their employees like crap and they rip you off when you try to get certifications through their training academy (Strategic Training Academy).
Their idea of "competitive pay" is $8.50 an hour and they will never give you full time hours. Also, you're lucky if you get your schedule 1 day in advance. The office staff has no clue what they are doing and the supervisor is a wannabee cop who will probably get sued as soon as he crosses the wrong person.
Stay far away from this company!!!
