Odd i got 3 complaints on another website and someone sent me a weblink to wave news troubleshooter on this company who said they went thought the samething i was told do even waste my time they went to the bbb they had no complaints on the company but to go to the wave 3 troubleshooter link and start there and i did there it was this company tried to charge another lady 600 dollars more over what she said she was told thanks for your responce but the complaint was there and i waiting on email attachment papers as i type from the other people one is comming thought in my email now how come the bbb dont have this information

The BBB bases it's rating and reports largely on the information provided by complainants. If these people haven't complained to the BBB directly then their complaints wont appear on the BBB Report.
