I linked their BBB report above for you to view their F rating due to failing to respond to complaints! If the company is not assisting you in resolving your dispute, file a complaint with BBB and follow up with the Florida Dept of Business Professional Regulation using the link below:

Thanks for your response. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting a result. I guess that I should have checked with the BBB before I entered into the contract. I certainly will next time.
